You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your user-generated content. However, by submitting or uploading content to the Application, you grant Brand Bite a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, and create derivative works of your content in connection with the Application.
Privacy
a. Privacy Policy: Our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Conduct, While using the Application, you agree not to:

Limitation of Liability:
a. In no event shall Brand Bite be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
b. Brand Bite’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Application shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing and using the Application.
